free trial

To take advantage of the free 15-day trial, just sign up using Cheque or Bank Transfer as the payment method.

We'll provision your account immediately (pending adequate verification), and send you an invoice, but you don't have to pay it for 15 days. If you're not happy just let us know and we'll cancel the invoice and close the account.

Those first 15 days will be truly "free", whether you continue or not - your billable usage won't commence until the 15 days are up, and your invoice payment will cover a complete billing period from that point.

getting a refund

Even though we offer a significant discount for longer sign-ups (if you sign up for a year you effectively get two months completely free), there are no fixed terms and contracts at PrimePixel.

If you want to leave six months down the track, we'll happily refund the balance for your unused service. Just notify us 10 days before the monthly anniversary date and your refund will be on its way.

Longer term signups are probably "administratively preferable" for both of us - we only have to invoice once a year, you only have to worry about organising payment once a year - but the only difference between that and a monthly account is the convenience, and the discount.

You'll get full support for setting up and running your site from friendly PrimePixel staff.

While we're not quite big enough to promise we'll be there for every one of the 8,736 hours in a year (especially when the staff Christmas party rolls around :-), we've never yet missed responding promptly to a support ticket or call, and we don't plan to start now.

If ever we did let you down, we'll pay . . . just let us know, and you'll have a bonus service added to your account, or a rebate on your next bill.

uptime guarantee

We monitor our servers constantly, and we also employ external monitoring services, because reliable hosting and maximum uptime are at the core of our service promise.

We guarantee at least 99.5% uptime, although we typically deliver close to 99.9%. If we fall below the guarantee, you'll be entitled to progressively increasing credits on your next account.
